Parking in Cape May
Parking in Cape May City is free from November 1st through April 30th.
Beginning May 1st through October 31st the parking meters are turned on and cost 25 cents for every 15 minutes. Parking fines can be in excess of $30.00, so be sure you pay the meters and only park in authorized parking spaces.
You only have to pay the meters from 10 am to 10 pm ~ (7-days a week).
You can also park in the Washington Square Parking Lot (where the Acme is). The first 30 minutes are free, after that, it gets expensive.
If you attend Sunday school and / or church, be sure to have your parking lot ticket stamped by one of our ushers and you should not have to pay for parking. NOTE: Our stamps are only good during Sunday school and church hours; if you go out to lunch after church and leave your car in the lot, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ADDITIONAL TIME!
Unfortunately, we do not have an agreement with the parking lot owner for weddings, church dinners, or other special occasions.
